Applies to Keeperkoto developed software (the "Software"), sold from us directly or another store. ("Keeperkoto").
Keeperkoto respects the privacy of every individual who uses the Software.
This Privacy Policy explains the following:
What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the software, how it is used and with whom it may be shared;
The security procedures Keeperkoto have in place to protect against the unauthorized disclosure and use of your personally identifiable information; and
How to update or correct any inaccuracies in the personally identifiable information that you provide to Keeperkoto.
Information Collection and Use
Keeperkoto software is provided on the app stores and other stores in which they are for sale.
These include iTunes App store, Nook store, Amazon app store, Google play and Steam, and possibly other stores in the future.
Your account that you provided to download the software from the stores above is private to that site and not accessible to us.
Our site's only contact with you is through support, and we always communicate through the support email address outlined on the site.
Some of our software may contain ads and they are provided by third party services, like Playhaven. Our apps which do not contain any advertisements are outlined in their product descriptions.
Disclosure
Keeperkoto will not share your personally identifiable information with any third party other than as follows:
if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority;
to enforce the Terms of Use or to protect our rights;
to protect the safety of others; or
to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization
in which Keeperkoto participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of Keeperkoto's assets.
Children's Privacy
Keeperkoto recognizes the privacy interests of children, and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests.
If the Software is not intended for children under the age of 13 we endeavor not to collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the Software, they may do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Security
Keeperkoto may employ procedural and technological measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information such as firewalls, storing password hashes and secure socket layer. Such measures are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Unfortunately, no security system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and cannot assume liability for improper access to it. By using the Software, or providing personal information to us through any means, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the services.
Cookies
We also use cookies (Cookies are small text files, which often include a unique identifier that is sent by a web server to your computer,
mobile phone or any other internet enabled device ("device") when you visit a website.
Cookies are widely used in order to make websites work efficiently and help provide us with business and marketing information to enable us to

Reviewing/ Correcting/Updating Personally Identifiable Information
Keeperkoto provides you with the ability to review and correct any of the personally identifiable information that you have provided and to delete your user profile by contacting Keeperkoto at the About page on this site (click "Contact us" button.)
